➤Expertise in setup, establish and handling of QC laboratories, QA systems, Microbiology laboratory and regulatory compliances.
➤Past assignments with Baxter, Medreich (Meiji group Japan), Ipca labs, Cipla, Ranbaxy, Sun pharma, Alembic and Aristo pharmaceuticals.
➤Responsible for new business development.

Mrs. Mradula is graduate with chemistry and microbiology. Post graduate in chemistry with specialization in organic chemistry. She is also a guest lecturer and guest faculty member in many educational institutions. She has an expertise in developing youth for their career counseling. Assuring smooth functioning of the laboratory and also involved in resolving administrative & human resources issues.

Mrs. Roopali Tiwari is a first-generation women entrepreneur & business leader with over 18 years of experience as a Director of PGTech, leading Finance, Accounts, and Talent Acquisition for the organization. Roopali has honed her skills in strategic planning, financial management, leadership development, and change management to win the Best Woman Entrepreneur of Madhya Pradesh Award 2017 from MSME. Aditya Tiwari is an Entrepreneurship and Econometrics graduate from the University of Utah, USA. He has briefly worked in varied Industries from fintech, food, pharma, and metals. Aditya has an unwavering zeal to learn and grow as an operator and build sustainable companies. After working in Boston as an Operations Analysts, Aditya has taken upon the responsibility to help build RAM2 LABORATORIES into a scalable and reliable testing facility for food, pharma, and metal Industries.
