This National Initiative helps municipal corporation workers and cleaners to understand the disadvantages of scavenging and manual sewer and septic tank cleaning, legal provision for the welfare of manual scavengers, understanding of the MS Act 2013, and usage of protective gear, safety devises, precaution, new advanced cleaning systems.
